Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services – and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated. Adferiad Recovery harnesses the talents and experience of long-established and leading Welsh charities CAIS, Hafal and WCADA. Our combined expertise in the fields of substance use, mental health, housing, criminal justice, and employment support enables Adferiad Recovery to meet the needs of our most vulnerable with a single, unified, and comprehensive approach. Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £25,027.20 per annum Based at: Rhyl, Denbighshire Role Purpose: The Denbighshire Collaborative delivers a new, holistic, housing related support project designed to support people living in Denbighshire to sustain their accommodation and prevent homelessness. The support provided will be flexible and person-centred, supporting people to maintain sustainable housing by addressing any mental health, substance use or any other problems they may face, helping to improve their health and well-being.
