You will play acrucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient supportfor both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilitiesinclude answering phones providing firstline phone support managingthe inbox and handling various queries. This role demands aproactive and organized individual who thrives in a fastpacedenvironment.
What you willachieve:
* Take ownershipof the system inbox allocating tasks to yourself and other teammembers within the same working day.
* Answerfirstline queries from internal and external sources ensuring 95%of calls are answered.
* Perform ongoing systemmaintenance.
* Act on queries within a 72 hourtime frame.
* Support account managers in extraworks conversion.
* Update clientportals.
* Take minutes duringmeetings.
* Assist withinvoicing.

* Previousadministrative and customer service experience in a fastpacedenvironment.
* Good phone manner with experiencein answering high volumes of calls.
* Strongattention to detail.
* Resilient and able tomaintain a positive outlook underpressure.
* Intermediate MicrosoftExcelskills.
* Experience with D365 isdesirable
