The Role
As Junior Sous Chef, your responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen management.
* Involvement in all kitchen operations, menu development, mentoring juniors, and compliance with legislative requirements.
* Fully deputize for the Head Chef and Sous Chef when they are absent.
