You’ll lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and work closely with colleagues and families to deliver the highest standards of care and education. Who we’re looking for We’re seeking someone with a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification, strong knowledge of the EYFS, and proven experience in leading a team within an early years setting. You should have a genuine passion for early years education, the confidence to support children’s learning and development, and a commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
