Vehicle PDI Technician – Evening Shift
Location: Haslingden, North West – Working the out of hours shift Sunday – Thursday evenings (5pm - 2am). 45 hours per week.

Role Overview
As a Vehicle PDI Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on Commercial Vehicles to ensure they meet company and manufacturer standards before handover. You will play a key role in maintaining vehicle quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on vehicles at the Depot
* Identify, report, and rectify minor mechanical or electrical issues
* Perform basic servicing, adjustments, and checks as required
* Ensure all vehicles meet safety, quality, and roadworthiness standards
* Complete all job cards and inspection paperwork accurately
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Work closely with workshop colleagues and management to achieve deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or PDI Technician (preferred)
* Good mechanical knowledge and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Available to work evening shifts (5pm – 2am, Sunday – Thursday)
