Administrator- Wirral - £26k - Permanent
A full-time Administrator required for an established installation and service company based on the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity with strong growth potential within their friendly and thriving Operations Department.
Duties:
* Manage the service mailbox
* Ensure client has given full information and informing relevant coordinator
* Ensure the mailbox is cleared by close of business each day
* Manage customer paperwork
* Quality checking engineers notes and photos
* Ensure visits are completed and checking for further recommendations
* Ensure each job is logged correctly
* Ensure all jobs have purchase orders
The successful candidate will have previous Administration experience, have the ability to work well within a busy environment and possess excellent communications skills.
