You’ll spend the first 6 months in the London office overseeing preconstruction before moving on site near Newmarket. Expect plenty of variety, from early design development and procurement to hands-on delivery and handover. No two weeks will be quite the same.

What you’ll need

Solid experience delivering M&E packages – ideally with custodial or high-security project experience.
*
A black CSCS card and SMSTS.
*
The ability to work from the London office for the preconstruction phase.
*
Flexibility to be site-based in Newmarket once works commence.
*
A proactive approach to leadership and a focus on maintaining high standards.
*
No requirement for remote working – this is a hands-on role.
