Job Description
The Head of Manufacturing is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with full accountability for multiple value streams and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a large team of approximately 120 employees through direct reports including production and process leaders, driving operational excellence and enabling a multi-year growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape and lead a high-performance culture across manufacturing operations.
* Develop and implement Continuous Improvement strategies to optimise efficiency and capacity.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering and Quality leadership to align strategy and execution.
* Drive best-in-class inventory management and production planning.
* Champion world-class Health & Safety standards across all operations.

A successful Head of Manufacturing should have:
* A dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in manufacturing transformation.
* Experience in highly regulated or safety-critical product environments.
* Strong expertise in Lean principles and operational excellence.
* Demonstrable success in driving systems, processes, and cultural change to deliver efficiency and scalability.
* Quality-focused with the ability to lead complex processes in a compliance-driven environment.
