The Role This is a performance-driven position centred on the practical application of financial theory. You will work directly with live market data to identify trading opportunities, implement strategies, and manage risk in a controlled, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis: Conduct technical and fundamental analysis across G10 currencies, equity indices, and commodities. Risk Management: Adhere strictly to firm-defined risk limits and capital preservation rules. Trade Execution: Support the execution of financial derivatives strategies, including futures and options. Reporting: Maintain accurate trading journals and performance reports for ongoing review and assessment. Requirements We value discipline, consistency, and potential. While prior experience on a professional trading desk is not essential, candidates must be able to demonstrate: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills A solid understanding of financial markets and macroeconomic principles The ability to operate within strict risk management frameworks Please note: Proven competency in financial derivatives and technical analysis is required.
