Pay: 70,000 + bonuses based on growth

Nonstop's client, a small organisation in the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join as Director of Children's Services/Responsible Individual.
This pivotal role oversees the Registered Managers for both an Independent Fostering Agency (IFA) and a Children's Residential Home, supporting service growth while ensuring high-quality, therapeutic care.
Working closely with the Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations and play a key role in shaping the organisation's future through strong leadership and expertise.

Oversee and support the Registered Managers of both the IFA and Children's Residential Home
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and uphold the organisation's model of care
Provide guidance, supervision, and empowerment to managers to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people
Contribute to service development and expansion plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with foster carers, staff, and external stakeholders
Oversee day-to-day operations across both servicesRequirements:
Strong leadership and management experience preferably within children's social care (IFA, residential, or related setting)
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to support and empower managers
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, policies, and procedures
Commercial and business-development mindset to support service growth
Values-driven approach aligned with the organisation's ethos
Willingness to travel to the children's home and head office as required
