You will lead a team of Support Workers within a supported living crisis setting, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred support that promotes independence, safety, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and quality documentation to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
* Apply practice leadership through staff competency assessments, supervision, onboarding, and in‑probation reviews.
* Monitor training compliance, complete spot checks, and support service quality at all times.
* Review and investigate incidents, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
* Support service delivery priorities, attend meetings, and participate in the on‑call rota.
About You
* At least three years’ experience in a mental health setting, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
* Strong understanding of care standards, policies, and quality assurance.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
* Professional, fair, and supportive leadership style.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
