Job Title: Senior Mental Health Practitioner
The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our wellbeing team, delivering clinical and counselling services to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs.
* Providing individual and group therapy sessions, including CBT and other evidence-based interventions.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care services.
* Designing and delivering training programs for staff and students on topics related to mental health and wellbeing.
Requirements:
Qualified psychologist registered with the relevant authority;
Postgraduate qualification in clinical or counselling psychology;
Proven experience working with adults with complex mental health needs;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
