Business Manager - Newport
1. Salary: Strong basic salary in place with an uncapped OTE of £55,0000+ per annum.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Business Manager at our client's multi-franchise approved car dealership in Newport!
Reporting to your Sales Manager team and directly responsible for a dedicated team of three Sales Executives, your key job objectives will include:
4. Leading, coaching, and supporting the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
5. Championing outstanding customer satisfaction by ensuring best practices are followed and customer feedback is valued.
6. Creating and delivering engaging sales events and campaigns that generate strong commercial results.
7. Staying in tune with customer needs and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies.
8. Collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
The role requires an individual with a stable and successful sales management background within a franchise-approved car dealer, and ideally, exposure to a busy brand. Experience in a small to medium-sized dealership would be preferable, as well as a strong F&I background. Due to the nature of the role, our client is only willing to consider Individuals with current or recent experience in a sales management role or one very similar. You will become the role model for our client's brand, where the ability to lead by example will be as important as the results you deliver. Delighting customers is what sets our client apart, and being prepared to lead from the front is a key requirement. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.

16. 5 days per week, which will be between Monday and Saturday, with a scheduled day off within the week.
17. You will be required to work a Thursday late shift on a 1 in 6/7 rota in this role.
18. No Sundays are required except during March and September. Sunday working hours are 10:00am-4:00pm.
