W&A are pleased to be supporting a large, internationally operating organisation in the appointment of a Global Head of Accounts Receivable. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of a complex, multi-region AR function and drive best-in-class cash and working capital performance at scale. Based in Glasgow with a hybrid working model, the role offers significant influence over global AR strategy, sizeable team leadership, and close partnership with senior stakeholders across finance, operations and the wider business. The Opportunity As Global Head of Accounts Receivable, you will hold end-to-end accountability for AR performance across multiple countries, covering Credit Control, Cash Applications, Billing, Self-Bill and Credit Risk. Sitting within Finance Operations and reporting into senior finance leadership, the role blends strategic ownership with operational oversight, with a clear mandate to strengthen controls, accelerate cash collection and embed scalable, consistent processes globally.
