We’re partnering with a global organisation headquartered in Glasgow to recruit an experienced Global PTP (Procure to Pay) Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume finance environment.
📍 Location: Glasgow (2 days in office / 3 from home)
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable / PTP function, leading teams and driving continuous improvement across a global operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the global PTP / Accounts Payable function
* Drive process improvement, automation and best practice
* Manage high-volume AP operations in a fast-paced environment
* Partner with stakeholders across finance and procurement
* Ensure strong controls, governance and compliance
About You
* 🔹 Proven experience within Accounts Payable / PTP (essential)
* 🔹 Background in FMCG or fast-paced, high-volume environments (ideal)
* 🔹 Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
* 🔹 Passion for improving processes and driving change
