About the role
You will ensure our customers' needs are exceeded by working in various store areas, making each day different. Responsibilities include filling shelves, serving at the tills, managing stock levels, and picking deliveries, all contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We seek someone with a positive attitude, passionate about customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.
You will be responsible for
Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, reporting discrepancies to the manager.
Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging robustness for delivery readiness.
Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
Polite interaction with delivery staff, responding to queries and complaints appropriately, and escalating complex issues as needed.
You will need
A positive attitude and comfort working towards pick rate targets.
A passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
Punctuality, proper presentation, and reliability.
