Assistant Site Manager - Garforth
New Build Housing Site
We are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join two of our busy new build housing developments in Garforth and Skelton on a freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations
2. Coordinating trades and ensuring health & safety on site
3. Helping to maintain build quality and timelines
4. Assisting with site paperwork, inspections, and handover procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience in new build housing / residential construction
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* Strong communication and organisational skills
