Overview
The National Autistic Society is transforming lives and building a society that works for autistic people. Our supported living services help autistic adults live independently or with others in their own homes or accommodation, for tenants or owner occupiers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day‑to‑day running of a registered service, ensuring it is safe, person‑centred and compliant with regulations.
* Be fully accountable for the service budget, plan resources, control costs and staff strategies.
* Promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture prioritising staff wellbeing, engagement and professional development.
* Work with Quality Assurance Specialists and internal practice leads to embed best practice and maintain compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
* Maintain oversight of service finances, including payroll, cost efficiencies, budgets, voids and expenditure.
* Partner with families, commissioners, advocates and professionals to ensure autistic adults’ voices are heard and reflected in care.
* Monitor and analyse key service data through digital dashboards to inform improvement actions and meet compliance expectations.

£45k - £50k depending on experience
