One of the largest independent Bingo Operators in Scotland is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistants to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract at our Dunfermline bingo club.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable customer service and hospitality experience in a lively, fun, and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
* Welcome and assist customers, ensuring they have a great experience.
* Handle cash confidently and accurately.
* Work across different areas of the club – bar, bistro, customer service, and administration.
* Support the smooth running of bingo sessions and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous customer service experience is desirable.
* Numeracy skills and confidence with cash handling.
* A friendly, outgoing personality – we want our customers to enjoy themselves
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (split shifts may apply).
* Kitchen or catering experience is an advantage, but not essential.
What We Offer:
Hourly rate from £12.21 – £12.60 (depending on skills and training progression):
* Trainee Team Assistant – £12.21
* Team Assistant – £12.35 (achievable within 4–6 weeks)
* Senior Team Assistant – £12.60 (achievable in 2–3 months)
- Fortnightly pay.
- 40 Hour Contract Available
* Comprehensive training provided – no previous bingo experience required.
* A chance to develop skills in hospitality, customer service, and team support.
This is a temporary 3-month contract, with the possibility of longer-term opportunities for the right candidates.
