Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting enthusiastic, nurturing and skilled Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across Windsor. These schools are seeking dedicated early years professionals who can provide high-quality support within Reception and Nursery settings.

About the Role:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support children within Early Years in line with the EYFS framework
* Assist with delivering engaging, child-centred activities
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
* Help maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and wider school staff
* Support children with additional needs, ensuring inclusive practice
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
* Experience working within Nursery or Reception settings
* A warm, patient and proactive approach
* Strong understanding of child development and EYFS curriculum
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Reliability, professionalism and a genuine passion for early education
