What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Career Services Manager to join BCG’s London office on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover). In this role, you’ll provide career coaching and job search support to BCG employees as they explore their next steps, whether inside or outside the firm.
You’ll help colleagues reflect on their career goals, identify new opportunities, and prepare for transitions, while also building connections with external employers and recruiters. The ro...
