Job Description Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a HR Analyst to join our HR team at our Appleton Thorn site. Based within the Stobart HR Team, you will be a key player in the production and delivery of our people metrics and data reporting. This includes cyclical reports, ad hoc requests, and supporting on the continuous improvement projects across the HR function. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm offering a competitive salary and package with the opportunity to work for a forward thinking market leader. Job responsibilities of HR Analyst include: Providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, maintaining high standards of accuracy at all times Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements which will create better data reporting and increase the accuracy of HR data through validation reporting Collaborate and work in partnership with HR Business Partners, to interpret and analyse data trends, offering expert opinion and guidance Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule, allocating and prioritising other work to accommodate deadlines Produce and interpret large volumes of data with the ability to identify trends and variances, making recommendations that drive efficiency and deliver improvements into the HR service offering Understand and adhere to internal processes whilst striving for continuous improvement Understand, interpret, and provide feedback and suggestions on MI requests Be flexible and able to respond quickly to requests for MI support Process organizational structure changes in the selected HR system Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to undertake departmental work Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports which are suitable for a range of audiences.
