Responsibilities
* Have excellent communication skills and be motivated by working within a dynamic and diverse project delivery environment.
* Enjoy turning your hand to new challenges and be keen to learn, while also supporting others within our multi‑disciplinary teams.
* Be able to successfully manage the commercial and quality performance of projects, proactively deploying techniques to control delivery, cost, risk, and change.
* Demonstrate experience of Project Management within a project environment, delivering outputs to agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
* Motivate yourself and teams, deal with conflict, and create a collaborative team culture to meet client requirements.
* Be willing to travel within the UK and work flexibly with occasional out‑of‑hours work to accommodate project and client requirements.
About you
* Proven experience in project management of manufacturing plants and facilities from design through to procurement, installation and delivery, ideally within regulated or complex environments.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
* Proactive approach to managing project performance, risk and change, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality.
* Experience in effective commercial management of design and build contracts and supply chain delivery.
* Collaborative mindset, eager to mentor others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Flexibility to travel across the UK and adapt to project needs.

Security clearance
This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
