Senior Care Assistant – Nights

£13.50 per hour with 10% hourly enhancement, paid breaks plus £500 welcome bonus
Permanent. Full time, 30 hours per week across 12‑hour shifts (20:00‑08:00), including alternative weekends.

Responsibilities
* Day‑to‑day responsibility for running a unit
* Support with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping
* Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, responsible for all shift handovers
* Help with training and supervision of new staff members so they feel welcomed and supported
* Build relationships with residents, their families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
* Assist residents with a range of personal care duties
