Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Airbnb Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services. This role will be based on 40-42 Hours per week over 5 out 7 operational days
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, paying attention to detail.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning tasks.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
* Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning appointments.
* Supervising and leading a cleaning team of 16 Staff
* Driving the business to achievement maximum revenue and profitability
* Implementing structures to enable smoother operation day to day
* Checking and monitoring stock levels
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
