Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager at Dorchester Branch The Role As a Branch Manager at Dorchester, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold the company's standards The Responsibilities 1. Supervise and coordinate branch activities, 2. including sales, customer service, and inventory management. 3. Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive work environment. 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. 5. Analyse performance data and prepare reports for senior management. The Requirements 1. Supervising experience in a retail environment. 2. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail 3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. 4. Previous experience in retail management is preferred. 5. Effective time management and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in sales management techniques. 7. Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership 8. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
