Overview
Were looking for a Governance and Quality Manager to lead on clinical governance, risk management, policy development, and quality assurance. This is a vital role that ensures the safe, effective, and compliant operation of the practice.
Main duties of the job
* Be central to meeting unified contract standards and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate incident reporting, complaints, and significant event audits
* Develop and review clinical and non-clinical policies
* Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
* Support the preparation and delivery of inspections and external reviews

Hello! We are one of the largest GP practices in Wales serving over 25,000 patients across three sites. We have a great team of 7 partners, 8 salaried GPs, 5 nurses, 4 HCAs and a clinical pharmacist. We have first contact physio every day and GP Support officers who deal with housing, benefits, social services queries, social prescribing etc.

What Were Looking For
Youll need experience in governance, risk management or compliance, ideally in healthcare, and a strong working knowledge of NHS frameworks and clinical audit cycles. Youll be a great communicator, confident working across clinical and administrative teams, and capable of translating complex requirements into practical actions.

Qualifications
* Experience in governance, risk management or compliance, ideally in healthcare, with strong working across clinical and administration teams.
