Senior Recruitment Consultant - Cybersecurity

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join an established company delivering recruitment services to multinational businesses across Europe. Adeptis is an ambitious and growing business with a prominent global brand, in a booming Cyber Security market. You will be given all the guidance and support required to carve your own market within the European Cyber Security recruitment space, along with plenty of warm, cross-selling opportunities from existing client relationships.
This is a 360-recruitment role that will involve client management, business development as well as candidate sourcing and process management. The business is driven by an organic growth mentality, so joining this business will provide definite career development opportunities.
THE ROLE
* 360 recruitment, servicing clients across our growing European market
* Proactive sales, business development and prospecting
* On boarding and growing new accounts
* Candidate sourcing, matching candidates to job opportunities and arranging interviews
* Speaking to clients about the candidates and selling them into the company
* Giving feedback to candidates about their interviews
* Managing the full recruitment life cycle
* Managing accounts and liaising with clients on a regular basis
* Meeting clients face to face
* Attending trade shows for business development and market insight
THE REQUIREMENTS
* A good commercial attitude and hunger for success.
* This role is suitable for graduates and experienced resources.
* Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage with potential Candidates using various online platforms and networking channels.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively screen and assess candidate profiles.
* Detail-oriented mindset, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases for candidate sourcing and tracking.
* Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in IT or Cyber Security recruitment would be a plus, but not essential
* German language skills would be a plus, but not essential
