As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
* Hands-on creating a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts.
* A real team player delivering quality service at pace.
* Always working in a way that keeps our guests and team safe.
* Excellent at communicating, organised, and able to work well under pressure.
* Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
