The school is looking to take on an experienced Learning Support Assistant join us on a part-time basis to provide a safe and exciting learning environment, where each learner is a well-known and highly valued individual. We are looking for Learning Support Assistant in Chelmsford with the following:
Experience of supporting children in a school setting
Able to support the child’s medical needs and willing to deal with intimate care needs
Strong behaviour management skills
Experience working within a SEND setting
