Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £90 – £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time
GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school in Spalding. If you’re passionate about helping children learn, grow, and achieve their full potential, this could be the perfect role for you!
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young learners and making a positive difference in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students with their learning in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
* Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
* Encourage positive behaviour and participation during lessons.
* Provide additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
* A genuine interest in education and supporting children’s development.
* Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to adapt and work effectively in different classroom settings.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
