Must Have’s

* Previous experience in a fast paced customer service/admin role

* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

* Confident with Outlook, Excel and Word

* Previous experience liaising with 3rd parties and customers

* Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team

* Positive, can-do attitude

Nice to have’s

* Experience using Xero software

* Knowledge of booking deliveries or working in logistics

* Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

* Prior experience within a construction, interior design or manufacturing would be highly advantageous

So what will you be doing?

* Acting as the first point of contact for customers, transport and warehouse teams

* Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally

* Monitoring email inboxes and acknowledging all enquiries and orders

* Processing customer orders and raising sales invoices using Xero

* Working alongside all areas of the business to ensure excellent service is delivered

* Carrying out general admin and ad-hoc support tasks as needed
