As a Legal Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our fee earners and the wider team, helping to ensure cases progress efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Opening and closing files
* Supporting fee earners with collating and producing bundles
* Assisting with general finance tasks, including chasing and paying invoices
* Drafting letters and correspondence
* Cataloguing and archiving files
* Managing post, stationery orders and office administration
* Booking desks and parking, arranging meetings and organising transport for events
* Ensuring printers and office equipment are serviced and operational
About You
* Organised, proactive and detail-focused
* Strong communication and administrative skills
* Comfortable working as part of a busy team
* Confident using IT systems
* No legal experience or degree required — full training provided
This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment and build a long-term career in law. Prior legal experience is not required.
