Description
Partner with Directorate and Trust leaders to deliver strategic and operational workforce plans aligned to organisational priorities
Lead on workforce planning, change initiatives, and people impacts of growth or transformation
Provide expert advice, coaching, and constructive challenge to senior leaders
Manage employee relations and medical staffing matters within the Directorate
Develop and implement HR policies and workforce interventions at Directorate and Trust-wide level
Use workforce data and analytics to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Act as the key link between the Directorate and Corporate Workforce & OD teams
Contribute as a senior leader to the Trust's Workforce & OD strategy and leadership teamProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
Proven experience in a similar HR role within UK and NHS.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels.
Proficiency in analysing HR data and making informed recommendations.
Experience in managing employee relations and change management.
