We are working on behalf of a well-established, independent planning consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused planning advice across the Midlands and wider UK.
The practice works on a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed-use and commercial developments and is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work, and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Town Planner with 2+ years’ professional experience to join their Telford office.
The Role:
Managing and supporting planning applications across a range of development types
Preparing planning statements, supporting documentation and appeal submissions
Liaising with local authorities, consultants and clients
Assisting senior planners on larger and more complex schemes
Attending client and stakeholder meetingsAbout You:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a consultancy or local authority planning role
Solid understanding of the UK planning system
Experience preparing or supporting planning applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MRTPI or working towards chartership preferred (not essential)What’s on Offer:
