About you
* Has previous experience as a Spa Therapist within a premium customer service environment.
* A passion for all things health and wellbeing.
* Great communication and collaboration skills.
* A self‑starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.
* Important: you must hold an NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent to apply for this role.
