The school is values driven and inclusion sits at the centre of all that we do. We do not turn our back on any child.

In joining Patcham High, you will find a creative and supportive culture within a school that is hugely aspirational. We place great importance on positive relationships, teamwork and a can do attitude. We believe that we are at the cutting edge and, with exciting challenges ahead, this is a fantastic time to join the school.

We offer a generous pension scheme, staff discounts available through the school, travel to work and cycle to work schemes, gym membership, CPD opportunities and more.

We welcome applications from individuals who are determined to make a difference.

The apprenticeship training will start in September 2025.
