What we need from the Senior Product Manager
We need a senior product manager who can own and deliver the Agentic Checkout vision - from defining the orchestration flows, to coordinating with general AI platforms, to aligning internal teams around APIs, compliance, UX, and order-routing standards.
This person must be:
* Strong on payments, checkout, and order orchestration
* Confident in multi-party integration (AI ←→ Rezolve ←→ Merchant ←→ PSP)
* Comfortable designing API-first products
* Capable of driving a brand-new category with incomplete patterns and no playbook
* Hands-on enough to build flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications quickly
* A self-starter who can work directly with me (CPO) and our CTO to shape the product
Crypto and blockchain knowledge is a “nice to have” but absolutely not core; this role is about AI-driven commerce enablement, not crypto..
Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
* Own the vision and roadmap for Brain Checkout / Agentic Checkout.
* Define how general AI platforms can safely and reliably perform discovery, basket building, and checkout through Rezolve.
* Identify opportunities for conversation-driven commerce and new interaction patterns unique to agent-based systems.
Execution & Delivery
* Lead the full lifecycle: requirements, prototypes, specs, delivery, launch, adoption.
* Translate complex multi-party workflows into clean API designs and productised integrations.
* Collaborate with engineering to implement the orchestration logic between AI channels, Rezolve’s Brain Commerce and Brain Checkout, and merchant systems.
* Ensure checkout flows are fast, secure, compliant, and robust.
AI-Native Product Practices
* Use AI tools to draft user flows, generate wireframes, model logic, and even prototype experiences.
* Understand how LLMs and agentic behaviours influence checkout behaviour and commerce orchestration.
* Work closely with the LLM team and Brain Commerce team to align product logic and agentic patterns.
About You
Essential
* Strong experience in payments, checkout, commerce platforms, or PSP integrations.
* Proven ability to deliver multi-party API-driven products.
* Comfortable designing and owning orchestration flows that span multiple systems.
* Technical background - you can understand backend services, APIs, data structures, and integration patterns.
* A hands-on, self-starter who can take a vague idea and turn it into a working product.
* Visionary + executor - you see the future state AND you deliver incremental value quickly.
* Able to produce wireframes, prototypes, and functional specs without waiting for a designer.
* Charismatic communicator - able to align engineering, commercial, partners, and external AI platforms.
Desirable
* Experience with conversational AI and agent-based systems.
* Experience with search, product discovery, or metadata enrichment.
* Familiarity with modern LLM capabilities.
* Knowledge of PSPs, order management flows, and retailer integration patterns.
* Crypto/Blockchain understanding is a bonus, but not required for this role.
