Shift Pattern: 18:00 to 06:00, working 4 nights on, 4 nights off

Duties
We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to work at a seafood manufacturing site during the night shift. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering training to new and existing staff to improve hygiene standards
* Deputising for the Shift Manager during their absence
* Cleaning equipment and supporting team handovers
* Completing daily sign-off sheets and training records
* Interacting with client staff to resolve issues at handover
* Monitoring safe equipment use and ensuring safety compliance
* Supporting recruitment and HR processes as needed
The ideal candidate will have supervisory and food hygiene experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A passion for delivering excellent service is essential.
