This role is part of the EOS Data organization and is responsible for delivering all data projects within the EOS program. It involves collaboration with Data workstream leads, EOS COE DT, GPOs, RC R&G, and MGS, ensuring project delivery following Mars project methodology, adoption of core solutions, and standardization of processes.
* This role will oversee deployment of data projects such as: End-to-End master data governance, MDG rollout ahead of S/4, and S/4 retirement.
* It works closely with the Data team, COE DT and COE Business, MGS, and CXO to ensure milestone completion.
* Externally, it collaborates with third-party vendors, system integrators, and business integrators.
* Key stakeholders include the EOS Program Group, Regional CIOs, MGS DT Data leaders.
What are we looking for?
* 7 to 10 years of experience in deploying new digital capabilities and/or in demand/sales functions.
* Ability to articulate digital capability strategy aligned with overall business strategy.
* Understanding of business processes and change management.
* Experience with agile, design thinking, and full development cycle of modular platforms.
* Proven ability to deliver through others and foster collaboration.
* Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and external resources in ambiguous environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English.
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce processes.
* Strong understanding of CPG business models and customer trends.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Curiosity and ability to rapidly learn new functional and technical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end data program delivery, ensuring project milestones across markets are achieved.
* Create and maintain deployment plans, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
* Ensure project deliverables meet stage gate requirements.
* Manage project team meetings and governance committees.
* Develop and monitor vendor SOWs.
* Lead Fit-to-Template sessions with CoEs and Regional Business Leads to demonstrate new systems and processes, gathering feedback.
* Gather and analyze local requirements to tailor core templates to market needs, collaborating with COEs and GPOs for legal and regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate communication, training, and change management activities with CXO.
* Oversee system integration testing with COEs, regional leads, and vendors.
* Support design of new data processes to deliver value for RC.
* Lead technical cutover planning for go-live.
* Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Communicate project progress to stakeholders effectively.
