Responsibilities
* Lead the home team in Woking and manage day-to-day operations.
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
* Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure high standards of governance.
* Handle administrative duties associated with running the home.
* Promote a safe, supportive, and respectful living environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
* Salary: 45k to 50k
* Location: Woking
* Vacancy Type: Permanent
* NVQ level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
