Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Basis: Full-time (hybrid role with at least 2/3 days a week in the head office, Pontypridd)

Role Responsibilities
* Support the development and operation of our cloud environment through tools, environments, and practices.
* Manage tools and testing environments, central code control, maintain development standards, and automate our cloud environment through coding.
* Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure using server and serverless technologies across IaaS and PaaS, aligned with TfW's Cloud Principles.
* Create, build, and maintain build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring deployment strategies are repeatable, scalable, and highly available.
* Translate technical requirements into effective DevOps toolchains to enable project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
* Microsoft Azure experience, especially PaaS offerings like App Services, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, API Management, Front Door, etc.
* Experience with Build and Release Management using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
* Proficiency in monitoring large cloud environments using Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Defender for Cloud, or similar.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
* Strong automation skills for CI/CD processes.
* A passion for learning and applying best practices in Cloud Engineering.
Additional Information
While Welsh language skills are not essential, the ability to speak/write Welsh is a valuable asset. We support and encourage Welsh language development through various programs and funding.
