5. Understanding of the Reception area and duties
6. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
7. Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
8. Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly.
9. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared as needed.
10. Assist in organising events and managing associated documentation.
11. Order and manage office supplies to support smooth operations.
12. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
13. Experience as a Receptionist
14. Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Excellent organisational abilities with a proactive approach to tasks.
16. A professional and welcoming demeanour, especially in a public-facing role.
17. Previous knowledge in an administrative or reception role within the public sector is advantageous.
18. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
