The Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to help manage and grow relationships with some of our key global clients. This is an exciting opportunity as we continue to grow and are looking for someone who can take the lead on one of our most important accounts, building strong partnerships and helping shape the next phase of its development.
This role sits at the intersection of client partnership, project oversight and commercial growth. We have a flat structure so even though your role will be reporting into the Commercial Director, you will have access to the CEO and work closely with our research and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly while also identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand our work.
The ideal candidate is someone who is commercially minded, organised and confident working with senior stakeholders across research, product and design teams.
We’re looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running. While deep research experience isn’t essential, you should be eager to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and bring strong experience managing large brands and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Partnerships
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
* Act as a trusted point of contact across multiple projects and programs
* Understand client objectives and organisational context to proactively identify opportunities for collaboration
Account Growth
* Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements
* Support proposal development, pricing and commercial conversations
* Contribute to Studio intO’s commercial growth by helping grow existing account
* Provide commercial stability within the account, becoming the go-to person for the client while maintaining a clear overview of upcoming opportunities, priorities, and account growth.
* Ensuring continued high levels of client satisfaction scores
Project Oversight
* Oversee engagement from brief through to delivery
* Work closely with project managers, researchers and strategists to ensure smooth delivery
Internal Coordination
* Work closely with internal teams across research, strategy and operations
* Contribute to improving internal ways of working and delivery standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
* 6+ years experience in account management, consulting or client partnerships
* Experience working with research, insights, design or product teams
* Experience managing complex projects or global programs
* Experience leading proposals and pitches, and confidently engaging with senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills in English

* Excellent client relationship and communication skills

* Commercial awareness and confidence discussing budgets and proposals
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Comfortable bridging commercial, delivery and marketing functions

Nice to Have
