We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to deliver professional procurement,mercial, and contract support in line with public procurement regulations and best practice. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuringpliance with relevant legislation, and supporting strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a portfolio of procurement and contract activities.
2. Deliver cost savings and process efficiencies across procurement operations.
3. Design and manage tender processes, including documentation and evaluation.
4. Maintain and enhance contract databases and reporting systems.
5. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective procurement oues.
6. Support strategic procurement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
Experience Required
7. Proven experience in end-to-end procurement and contract management.
8. Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations (PCR15 and PA23).
9. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills.
10. MCIPS qualification (or working towards) desirable.
