About The Role
M Group are looking for a resilient and adaptable trainer looking to progress their career to the next level.
What will you be doing?
1. Training delivery (AET L3, CAVA or equivalent accreditation for theory and practical training)
2. In collaboration with other Resilience management team members establish, develop, and implement plans to ensure effective deployment of staff and resources
3. Minimise risk and determine effective incident reporting plans
4. Effectively communicate and liaise with training team, client’s representatives, staff, workforce, and subcontractors
5. Maintain accurate records including accreditation needs, Continued Professional Development, competency records and training material
6. Contribute to the enhancement of the quality of delivered products by identifying and introducing improvement opportunities
7. Share knowledge and coach other team members to support improvements in team’s performance
8. Keep up to date with legislations and current industry standards
9. Training assurance - IQA Internal Quality Assurance (accredited)
10. A desire for self-development and continuous self-improvement

About You
What you’ll bring:
14. CAVA level 3, IQA level 4, and HGV desirable
15. Plan and create all training materials, support guides, test papers etc
16. Specific experience of health and safety related standards and regulations typically involving plant operations and or aviation
17. Able to confidently persuade others, build strong relationships, and bring energy and impact to every interaction
18. Ability to make and implement timely decisions to maximise service and problem solve
19. Five-year traceable employment history
20. Full UK driving license
