The purpose of Transport Supervisor is to support the Transport and Compliance Managers on Shift and help within the transport operational running of the site. You will help the Transport Manager on shift and will be responsible to ensure you are working with our driver teams to ensure a timely dispatch and conduct effective driver briefs and debriefs and support the management of safety and legal compliance.
You will be accountable for:
1. Ensure that every worker is fully compliant with legislative requirements
2. Brief and debrief drivers to ensure that all instructions for their allocated runs are understood and actioned.
