Warehouse Operative Heathrow - Afternoon Shifts Location: West Drayton Shifts: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM Hours: 40 hours per week Pay: £12.84 per hour for the first 12 weeks £14.27 per hour after 12 weeks Optional overtime: £19.26 per hour (first 12 weeks) / £21.41 per hour (after 12 weeks) Payment: Weekly Start Date: After completion of security checks (5-year employment history and criminal record check) and induction. Role Overview You will work as part of a team responsible for processing, storing, and distributing airport retail supplies. The role involves manual handling and working in both ambient and chilled warehouse areas during afternoon shifts. Key Responsibilities Process all incoming and outgoing goods (airport retail products) in line with company compliance procedures. Offload deliveries and process goods through security screening. Store goods correctly within the warehouse and pick items for packing and distribution. Handle manual lifting tasks as part of daily operations. Work efficiently within both ambient and chilled sections of the warehouse. Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good written and verbal communication skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
