A standout opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Senior Solicitor to join a very highly ranked Legal 500 team in Nottingham, working on top-quality, complex private client matters with clear progression and autonomy.
The Role
You’ll be handling a high-value, technically complex caseload, acting for HNW and UHNW clients, business owners, landowners, and entrepreneurs. The work is broad, stimulating, and advisory-led, including:
* Complex estate planning & succession advice
* Trust creation, administration & restructuring
* Inheritance tax mitigation strategies
* Wills for high-value estates
* Lifetime tax planning & asset protection
* Cross-disciplinary work with corporate, property & family teams
