About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join a well-established residential service in Sutton Coldfield supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
This is a days-only role, working on a consistent 3 on / 3 off rota, ideal for those looking for a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs
* Support individuals with autism and learning disabilities in daily routines
* Promote independence, dignity, and choice
* Work proactively with behaviours that may challenge
* Ensure accurate care documentation and communication
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Requirements
* Experience working with autism and learning disabilities - essential
* Must have Indefinite Leave to Remain or be a UK Citizen
* Confident working independently and within a team
